Welcome to the homepage of Baskett Law Office.  We are located at the center of downtown Missoula, Montana, in the historic Higgins Building. Our areas of practice are limited to Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), Probate (administration of decedent’s estates), Tax (preparation of income tax returns and tax-based planning), and Business Law (formation of businesses and representing buyers or sellers of business interests).  We look forward to being of service to you.
